BAS Agent Registration Requirements

For those students doing this course to meet BAS Agent registration requirements with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), please note that the TPB has specific requirements for assessment methods used by the RTO. While there are exceptional cases where RPL may be appropriate, and there are limited provisions for this provided by TPB, it is generally not a suitable assessment method for BAS Agent registration. Also, to enrol in the BAS short course, it is assumed that applicants have had the required practical experience in the relevant field, and it is applicant's own responsibility to apply directly to TPB and obtain the BAS registration license. More information from the TPB.

Millie Harris | Student, Melbourne
"I received as much support as I asked for, and often I was given a call from the friendly staff at Career Life College to ask me if I needed any assistance. They were very flexible and great at talking me through tasks and helping me to understand the relevant concepts. They also were fantastic at asking what I needed, and when I let them know my goal of finishing the course within a certain time frame, they gave me regular gentle nudges to keep me on track!"
